Houston Council Member Edward Pollard lands in the center of rumors of possible contract corruption with creed global media/CGM Tv app & HTV at city hall

In the winter of 2019 a lawyer from the Galleria area of Houston's District J would shock the city with an unexpected victory to a seat at the control room of city government despite many elected officials endorsing his opponents along the way. Soon there after a  mysterious business woman who suddenly appeared in city circles with few people knowing from where she arrived would make friends with Pollard and manage to obtain a city contract with in months of him taking office despite the service not being offered in a public bid process and a mountain of paid invoices from HTV going unquestioned for years (CGM TV APP& HTV CITY OF HOUSTON GOV).Shortly after taking office Edward Pollard would soon appear as Centrell Reeds keynote speaker at what would appear to be two long standing organizations in the Houston area but after careful examination from the HCCO investigative team the organizations Texas state filings would  reveal that in fact Centrell Reed had filed the organizations only months prior quickly appointing herself as chair. IEP (International Entertainment Partnership of Greater Houston and Houston Entertainment Industry Taskforce (HEITF) would join a number of filings Centrell has developed over many years beginning in 2006 in the State of California where she filed "Reed Enterprises Management and Investment LLC" filing number 2006-1211-0032 with the California secretary of state. Currently being investigated by the city OIG Dept & Houston controller Chris Brown .(story to be continued)- HCCO editorial board Investigative Team
