The HCCO has determined that a young 19 year old female named Rocy C Williams was a victim of two sex traffickers in Dallas Texas in 2007 and should have never been prosecuted with the two men that had forced her through physical violence to act.District Attorney John Creuzot should help to free Rocy Williams as soon possible .
